O.C.A.M. is a non-profit arts platform that offers productional and administrational support to artists with a hybrid visual practice. This guidance can be either long-term and sustainable, in view of an independent place in the artistic landscape, or project-based. Often, but not exclusively, this involves artists and projects that combine multiple disciplines and hybrid formats.
We work both with young and more established artists and do not make use of open calls nor selection rounds. Instead, we are simply available and happy to listen with an open mind to new proposals. (However, please note we do not offer studio space.)
Extensive productional and administrational support is currently provided to Karl Philips. Project-based support is offered to Sven ’t Jolle, Adrien Tirtiaux and Sarah & Charles. Past collaborations include artists such as Sarah Westphal, Sergio De Beukelaer, Jóhanna Kristbjorg, Leon Vranken, Raymond Barion and Ariane Loze. O.C.A.M. was founded in 2010.
